The conference will be held at the Kongresshotel Potsdam, which is located in a magnificent location on the shore of the Templiner Lake, with own waterfront dock, as well as roof terraces and a summer garden. The hotel is a modern construction which was added to the historical facilities built at the beginning of the twentieth century to host and maintain zeppelin airships.

The venue is only a few minutes away from the Potsdam city centre and was built to host large conferences. It boasts very modern facilities, including free Wi-Fi in the entire venue, and also features restaurants, sport facilities, entertainment, and bars. Most of the social events will be held on site.
